How long will it take for my order to arrive?
First, let’s talk processing times. It typically takes 1-3 business days to process an order. But that number may increase to up to 10 business days in higher volume periods. But typically in less than 24 hours, an order will be processed.

A tracking number is assigned when your order is processed.
Based on the priority, shipping cost varies.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-6 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
- Priority Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
- Two-Day Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- One-Day Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Tea-rrific news! We offer free shipping on orders over $50. All other orders ship at a flat rate of $8.99.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping times vary based on the availability of the item. Selecting expedited shipping methods does not reduce the time required to prepare your order for shipment. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, there may be a delay in shipping.
Where do you ship to? Who delivers my tea?
Currently only in Canada. Very soon in USA*
As mentioned before, since Amazon is our delivery partner, we deliver throughout Canada, as long as it is accessible by Amazon Canada.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the Order details. You can then login into your account and track the updates in Order history.
My order didn’t arrive. What do I do?
We got you! What you’re going to want to do is check the tracking information you received via email. This will let you know where your package is currently located and its estimated (or updated) arrival.

My order was re-shipped to CHAIzoned What happens next?
If your order was returned to sender, it’s most likely due to an incomplete address, leaving the shipping carrier unable to deliver to your doorstep.
Here are some tips and tricks on how to make sure your order gets to you successfully:

Please verify that your address is the one registered with Canada Post.

If you live in a building that requires a unit number, please make sure this is included. Please include your unit number before the street address (e.g., 215-123 Avenue B).

If your package is left at your local post office, please retrieve it at your earliest convenience. Most post offices will only hold your package for 5 business days before returning it to sender.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Tea products, even if unopened. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@chaizoned.com with subject “Customer Support”. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please attach a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice for our internal quality checks. Allow us 24-48 hours to review your ticket and send you a replacement after necessary internal checks, if applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at info@chaizoned.com with subject “Customer Support”. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How will I receive my refund?
If a refund is issued, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
